Bonjour,

1) In the official site you can find all the documentation (you can find it in the CDs of your software too), and for your control-m version; look for all the documentation Server-Agent, Enterprise Manager and all Control Modules of components (like forecast).

2) There is too the support site that can be very usefull:

http://www.bmc.com/info_center_support/overview

Register yourself for free to have access to Data Base of the solutions and more.

3) Here you can have help, visit and read the messages: i hope that this can help you like me to learn more about control-m.

no needs to learn the BMC product documentation, other than user guides to monitor applications under control-m.
but it is important to have a look to the control-m server admin guide (to understand "utilities" you can or have to use.
for the real monitoring of DATACENTERS, i think a production environment and experiences is the best.

Philmalmaison.

You know some times it's just as easy to do a job yourself...than it is to ask someone else.
