20/07/09 09:42:57 SL5120 JOB STATE CHANGED TO Wait Time Window
20/07/09 23:00:01 SL5105 SUBMITTED TO sap_xxx
20/07/09 23:01:47 TR5080 FAILED TO SUBMIT JOB SAP_FI_XXX. Message from Agent follows
20/07/09 23:01:47 TR5167 RFC BAPI_XMI_LOGOFF - RFC_SYS_EXCEPTION, Function module "/BMCCTRL
20/07/09 23:01:47 TR5134 ENDED NOTOK
20/07/09 23:01:47 TR5120 JOB STATE CHANGED TO Analyzed
20/07/09 23:01:47 SL5120 JOB STATE CHANGED TO Post processed

At the same time we got an dump in our SAP-System ST22 with the following topic:

the functioin modul "/BMCCTRLM/CREATE_RECIPIENT_OBJ" is not avaiable.

Do we need extra moduls to install an our sap-system? any suggestions?

i assume that it's a controlm CM for SAP problem, touching RFC library needed after installation to communicate with SAP system ...

thanks philmalmaison for your answer but now we are not really sure what to do.

Do you mean the rfc libary on the control-m agent or maybe the librfc32.dll on our sap-server (windows\system32)?

the control-m server is a unix cluster-system and there are the control-m agents installed. from there the ctm server connects via xbp 2.0 with our sap-system, if i´m right.

where especially i have to look now?

on the controlm module installed with your agent that communicate with the SAP system.

those library are to download on SAP web and to copy on the concerned agent necessary directories.

for exemple :
on solaris i have an agent connect to a sap system.
on the following directories, and after having installed the agent, i'have downloaded the RFC library used by controlm to communicate with SAP system queue managment.

directories are (for solaris agent installation):
$HOME/ctm/exe/librfccm.so
$HOME/ctm/cm/SAP/exe/librfccm.so

hope it's help

thanks again philmalmaison. we updated our control-m agent to 6.3 and the sap-modul too to 6.3 with the librfc libary from the marketplace. we restartet the job again. but now with another error message, maybe u know where we can look now:
Code:
Error message: - BAPI (BAPI_XBP_JOB_CLOSE) FAILED. BAPI returned: EXM237 Receiver object could not be created

   Error code: 237

it is a little bit strange because we don´t see the job in our abap system when we started that job so the problem must be in control-m or between control-m and the abap system.

Greets and thanks!

on which OS are installed the CM for SAP ?
wich RFC version did you download ?

for my solaris agent :
SunOS sapteus2 5.8 Generic_117350-23 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-15000System = SunOS
Node = sapteus2
Release = 5.8
KernelID = Generic_117350-23
Machine = sun4u
BusType = <unknown>
Serial = <unknown>
Users = <unknown>
OEM# = 0
Origin# = 1
NumCPU = 4

RFC library :
Solaris 32-bit/64-bit 6.20 32-bit librfccm.so

does it be a new problem ? is it a new installation ?

solaris sparc 8

i downloaded SAP KERNEL 6.40 32-BIT / Solaris on SPARC 32bit / SAR librfc_46-10003188.SAR librfc 46 Info 4797 21.03.2006

the agent and modul installation was a new installation.

we got more than that agent on the same os.

Another hint:
When we look @ RZ15 (XMI Log) we can also see this:

Fehler an Scheduler gemeldet: BAPI_XBP_JOB_CLOSE. Nachricht: XM237
Fortsetzung: &2:No address exists <3> <4>

In english : Error send to scheduler: BAPI_XBP_JOB_CLOSE. Message: XM237
Continue: &2:No address exists <3> <4>

Maybe a error with the job-code?
